1. Only paid up Club members may participate.
2. Request participant to enter name on sign-up sheet and decide how
many tables they wish, one or two.
3. There is a choice “to sell”(price is set by participant)
or “to view” the photos.
4. Each participant will set up their own table(s) according to their
wishes. The Club will give one plastic tablecloth for each table. Tables
will be numbered and you will be given table numbers with a sign, which
will include your name on it.
5. If participants have easels or have developed some pvc piping stand,
that would be useful for displaying either framed or matted photos.
The Club sells mats.
6. Tags: Everyone will be given approx. 30 tags. The tag includes the
name of the club, your name, name of photo, and decision, “to
sell” which will include the selling price or “to view” and
should be attached to each and every item.
7. It is recommended that you take your camera (s), lenses, etc. to
the Showcase as there are lots of people with lots of questions and
if we can be of some help, that is what we are all about.
8. The Club will pay for refreshments and cookies.
9. The Club will have a 50/50 raffle. We will also be having raffles
for one time use cameras for which we will charge 3/$1.00. Anyone may
buy the raffles including club members.
