Claudia, who uses a 'point and shoot' Vivitar camera, attributes her love of photography to her father, another avid photographer. She always has her camera with her and has taken pictures of scenery, children, her dog and whatever else is available. Her numerous albums of pictures taken over the years are a testimony to her eclectic interest. A 'once in a lifetime' shot hangs on her bedroom wall - that of an Amish farmer plowing with a team of 4 horses and 4 mules all abreast. She has been an active member of the Villages Photography Club since they moved here in 1999. Another hobby of hers is gardening as evidenced by her attractive yard. Below are the pictures which earned her awards this year. |
