Minutes 5/6/2009

The Villages Photography Club met at LaHacienda on Wednesday, May 6,2009.  We were led in the pledge of allegiance by Helene Scharaldi. President Arne Thesen conducted the meeting and called on the various department heads for reports.  Paul Nistico, treasurer, reported we have $1,303.92 on hand.

Helene thanks everyone for bringing in dry foods and encourages them to remember to bring in food goods every meeting. She also read a thank you note from the church.

Diane Pattie has secured the date for our end of year party.  Please mark your calendars for May 20th at 3:00 at Little Bits Café.  The food is great and the company even better!

The cost is $8 for members and $16 for guests.
